Working with our partners at Ragdale Hall, the Leicestershire based Spa, we are implementing new innovative booking engine tools to make it easier for guests to find availability. Ragdale operate at very high occupancy levels making it sometimes difficult for guests to find when there are rooms available. New options such as 'Search for Next available' and 'My Dates are Flexible' help guests find the type of room and the preferred package without having to wade through numerous date searches.
Ragdale Hall are passionate about customer service and this extends to making the booking process as smooth and easy to use as possible; not always possible with a myriad of different room types, packages and breaks. But the belief is that these new techniques will help guests navigate and complete a booking.
